Goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. We accept only unused goods in original condition. The exchange or refund will be issued within 7 working days after receiving your return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using the regular post for returning. While using DHL, Fedex or any similar couriers from outside of the Europe please make sure the sender is on charge of any duties. All duties due on or after delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that personalised goods (with monogram) are custom made and non-returnable.
